Full Job Description
As one of our sales Representatives, you will provide frontline support through our available platforms to our customers for their game servers. Our Support team have extensive experience and knowledge of various game servers, including ARK, Minecraft, Rust, Terraria and many more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond in a timely manner to support requests to solve difficulties and issues they may encounter.
Identify customer needs and apply troubleshooting procedures where required.
Spot trends in customer requests which may need escalation or automation.
Classifying incidents and escalating or reassigning them to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary.
Responsibilities :
• Answering customer requests or inquiries
• Upselling products and/or services to the customer
• Identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
• Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our products, services and promotions
Skills and Experience :
• Previous sales experience preferred, not required.
• Experience with WHM, WHMCS and Pterodactyl
• Excellent social skills
