How to set a loadout Print

To set a loadout that all players spawn with you need to 

1. got the file management tab in the server panel
2. Click on the servers folder 
3. Click on the default folder 
4. Click on the server folder
5. Click on the command.dat file 
6. This opens a text document 
7. From there type in this 
8. loadout 255/15/15/81/81/18/20/20/21 
9. The item's id need to be changed to what you would like a list of all item ids can be found here https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=675890177
10. Click save and restart the server
