Full Job Description
Our company is seeking a motivated self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in the field of SEO. You'll need to have an understanding of important techniques and strategies and be able to use your expertise to help us create content designed to attract organic traffic from search engines. This position requires daily attention to detail, great customer service skills and an ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities :
• Be an SEO Wizard!
• Ensure that all SEO tasks are maintained and aligned to deliver organic search growth.
• Enhancing the websites and conducting on/off page SEO.
• Provide fresh ideas and the latest news in the search marketing space.
• Use a range of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Adwords.
• Monitor and report on analytics (e.g., site traffic trends, site optimisation etc.).
Skills and Experience :
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Knowledge of basic web design and technology principles
• 2-5 years of SEO experience and technical understanding of SEO
• Experience with WHM, WHMCS and Pterodactyl
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints is a plus (but not required)

Full Job Description
As one of our sales Representatives, you will provide frontline support through our available platforms to our customers for their game servers. Our Support team have extensive experience and knowledge of various game servers, including ARK, Minecraft, Rust, Terraria and many more.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Respond in a timely manner to support requests to solve difficulties and issues they may encounter.
Identify customer needs and apply troubleshooting procedures where required.
Spot trends in customer requests which may need escalation or automation.
Classifying incidents and escalating or reassigning them to the appropriate teams or departments when necessary.
Responsibilities :
• Answering customer requests or inquiries
• Upselling products and/or services to the customer
• Identifying and resolving customer issues using problem-solving skills
• Putting the customer first and remaining polite and professional at all times
• Continually maintaining a working knowledge of our products, services and promotions
Skills and Experience :
• Previous sales experience preferred, not required.
• Experience with WHM, WHMCS and Pterodactyl
• Excellent social skills
